End User License Agreement

Software license

XLNative is licensed, not sold. Trelliq Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use XLNative for your own internal personal or business use while you have valid access through a beta build, trial, or paid subscription.

System requirements

The current beta requires an M-series Mac and the Microsoft Excel for Mac desktop app, version 16.4 or later. Excel for web, Excel for mobile, Windows Excel, and Intel Macs are not supported in the current beta.

Permitted use

You may use XLNative to connect Excel for Mac to your local TWS or IB Gateway API session and stream data available to that local session into Excel. You are responsible for your own Interactive Brokers account, API settings, market-data permissions, Excel installation, and Mac environment.

Restrictions

You may not:

• resell, rent, sublicense, publish, or redistribute XLNative;
• copy XLNative except as needed for installation or backup;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• remove copyright, trademark, license, or security notices;
• use XLNative to violate law, third-party terms, or Interactive Brokers rules and permissions;
• use beta builds after expiration or attempt to bypass license validation.

Beta builds

Beta builds are time-limited and expire by design. They may change, stop working, or be replaced with newer builds. Trelliq Labs LLC may require you to install a newer beta or paid release to continue using XLNative.

Data-only workbook tool

XLNative is designed for read-only data workflows in Excel. It is not brokerage software, does not provide exchange market data, and does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Third-party services

XLNative works with third-party software and services, including Interactive Brokers, TWS, IB Gateway, Excel, and macOS. Those products are governed by their own terms, availability, permissions, and technical requirements. XLNative does not replace any subscription, entitlement, or permission required by Interactive Brokers or an exchange.

Updates and support

Trelliq Labs LLC may provide updates, replacement beta builds, bug fixes, documentation, and support at its discretion. Support is available at support@trelliqlabs.com.
