Refunds and cancellation

Plain-English billing terms for XLNative subscriptions.

14-day free trial

A payment method is required to start an XLNative subscription trial. You will not be charged during the 14-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the monthly or yearly plan selected at checkout.

The trial is intended to let you confirm that XLNative works with your M-series Mac, Microsoft Excel for Mac desktop app version 16.4 or later, local TWS or IB Gateway session, and IBKR data permissions before the first paid charge.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel during the trial to prevent the first charge. After a paid subscription begins, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund requests

If XLNative is not working as expected, contact support@trelliqlabs.com. Refund requests should include the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue so we can help quickly.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy policies, applicable law, and payment-network rules. This includes cases where a refund is issued to resolve billing problems or help prevent chargebacks.

Beta builds

Beta builds expire by design and may need to be replaced with newer builds. Expiration of a beta build does not cancel an active subscription by itself; subscription cancellation is handled through the checkout provider or customer portal.

License access

When a subscription expires, access to paid XLNative releases and license validation may end. Cancelling a subscription does not immediately remove access during a paid billing period.
