About XLNative

XLNative is software from Trelliq Labs LLC that connects Excel for Mac to a local TWS or IB Gateway session. XLNative is provided as a read-only data and workbook tool, not as investment advice, brokerage services, market data, or a managed financial service.

License

A valid XLNative subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use XLNative for your own lawful purposes during the active subscription period. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use XLNative to violate applicable law or third-party terms.

System requirements

The current beta requires an M-series Mac and the Microsoft Excel for Mac desktop app, version 16.4 or later. Excel for web, Excel for mobile, Windows Excel, and Intel Macs are not supported in the current beta.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Interactive Brokers account, TWS or IB Gateway configuration, API settings, market-data permissions, Excel installation, and the security of your Mac. XLNative does not replace any permissions or subscriptions required by Interactive Brokers.

Beta access

Beta builds are time-limited and expire by design. A newer beta or paid release may be required to continue using XLNative after a beta expiration date. Beta software may change before general availability.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. If a 14-day free trial applies, the selected paid plan begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Third-party products

XLNative works with third-party products and services, including Interactive Brokers, TWS, IB Gateway, Excel, macOS, and payment providers. Those products are governed by their own terms and may change independently of XLNative.

Availability and warranties

XLNative is provided on an as-available basis. Market-data availability depends on your local session, permissions, network, and third-party systems. To the extent permitted by law, Trelliq Labs LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of third-party data.
